The prediction performance of both propensity and regression models is monitored in the G2M platform. The approach used depends on the type of model you are using: propensity models are monitored using the confidence-based performance estimation approach (CBPE), regression models are monitored using the direct loss estimation approach (DLE).

If your model shows no prediction performance, it may be that it needs to observe more predictions to reliably estimate performance (it typically needs 100 or more). It may also be that your model was trained prior to December 2023 in which case it will need to be retrained to initialize performance monitoring.
